§ 52:18A-77 — Inconsistent laws inapplicable
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The powers granted to the Authority by this act may be exercised without regard or reference to any department or agency of the State. All other general or special laws, or parts thereof, inconsistent with this act are hereby declared to be inapplicable to the provisions of this act. L.1950, c. 255, p. 894, s. 28.
