Text
The powers of the Authority shall be vested in the members in office from time to time and shall be exercised by them without regard or reference to any officer or agency of the State, except as otherwise expressly provided in this act. Two members of the Authority shall constitute a quorum and the vote of two members shall be necessary for any action taken by the Authority. No vacancy in the membership of the Authority shall impair the right of a quorum to exercise all the rights and powers and perform all the duties of the Authority. L.1950, c. 255, p. 876, s. 8.
