§ 52:18A-55 — Removal
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
Each member of the Authority may be removed from office by the Governor for cause after a public hearing. L.1950, c. 255, p. 876, s. 6.
