§ 52:18A-54 — Vacancies
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
Any vacancy in the membership of the Authority other than by expiration of term, shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment but for the unexpired term only. L.1950, c. 255, p. 876, s. 5.
