§ 52:18A-47 — Repeal
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
Sections 52:18-1 to 52:18-4, inclusive, 52:18-6, 52:18-7, 52:18-9, 52:18-12, 52:19-1, 52:19-3, 52:19-4, and 52:19-6 to 52:19-9, inclusive, of the Revised Statutes, are hereby repealed. In addition, all acts and parts of acts inconsistent with any of the provisions of this act are, to the extent of such inconsistency, hereby repealed. L.1948, c. 92, p. 529, s. 47.
