§ 52:18A-31 — Deputy director of the Division of Budget and Accounting
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The State Treasurer shall, whenever he shall deem the same necessary, designate as deputy director of the Division of Budget and Accounting any officer or employee in the department. Such designation shall be in writing and shall be filed with the Secretary of State. The State Treasurer may at any time change or cancel any such designation. Any change or cancellation of such designation shall be in writing and shall be filed with the Secretary of State. The deputy director of the Division of Budget and Accounting shall have and exercise the powers and perform the functions and duties of the director of the Division of Budget and Accounting during the absence or disability of such director.
