§ 52:18A-3 — Divisions within Department
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
There shall be within the Department of the Treasury a Division of Budget and Accounting, a Division of Purchase and Property, a Division of Taxation, and a Division of the New Jersey Racing Commission. The State Treasurer shall have authority to organize and maintain in his offices an Administrative Division and to assign to employment therein such secretarial, clerical and other assistants in the department as his office and the internal operations of the department shall require.
