New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
5.The Department of the Treasury and the Department of Human Services shall take all actions required so that the program is treated as a qualified State ABLE Program under 26 U.S.C. s.529A. L.2015, c.185, s.5.
