§ 52:18A-246 — Property exempt from levy, sale.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
12.All property of the development authority shall be exempt from levy and sale by virtue of an execution and no execution or other judicial process shall issue against the same nor shall any judgment against the development authority be a charge or lien upon its property. L.2007, c.137, s.12.
