7.The Director of the Division of Taxation shall: a. cause copies of the voter registration forms furnished under subsection f. of section 16 of P.L.1974, c.30 (C.19:31-6.4) to be included in the pamphlet of instructions concerning the filing with the division of a tax return required to be filed under the "New Jersey Gross Income Tax Act", P.L.1976, c.47 (N.J.S.54A:1-1 et seq.), and also to be prominently displayed at each public office of the division and to be made readily available to each person who, when appearing in person at that office, may wish, on a voluntary basis, to register to vote.
