§ 52:18A-226 — Definitions relative to Office of Information Technology.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
8.As used in this act: a. (Deleted by amendment, P.L.2013, c.253) b. (Deleted by amendment, P.L.2013, c.253) c. "Office" means the Office of Information Technology established by section 9 of P.L.2007, c.56 (C.52:18A-227).
d."Project Review Board" means the New Jersey Information Technology Project Review Board established by section 14 of P.L.2007, c.56 (C.52:18A-232). L.2007, c.56, s.8; amended 2013, c.253, s.42.
