§ 52:18A-20 — Division of Local Government transferred
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The Division of Local Government of the existing State Department of Taxation and Finance, together with all of its functions, powers and duties is continued, but such Division is transferred to and constituted the Division of Local Government in the Department of the Treasury established hereunder. The Local Government Board of the Division of Local Government in the existing State Department of Taxation and Finance and all of its functions, powers and duties are hereby transferred to the Division of Local Government established hereunder in the Department of the Treasury. Such board shall continue to have all of the powers and shall exercise all of the functions and duties vested in, or imposed upon, it by law. This act shall not affect the terms of office of the present members of such
