The State Bureau for Surplus Property, in the Division of Field Services, State Department of Education, together with its functions, powers and duties, is hereby transferred to the Division of Purchase and Property in the Department of the Treasury. L.1972, c. 98, s. 1, eff. July 18, 1972.
