Text

The administration shall be under the immediate supervision of the General Services Administrator who shall be a person qualified by training and experience to direct the work assigned to the administration. The administrator shall be appointed by the governor, with the advice and consent of the Senate, and shall serve during the term of office of the Governor and until the administrator's successor is appointed and has qualified. The State Treasurer shall fix the compensation of the administrator within the limits of available appropriations. L.1984, c. 34, s. 5.
