Text

There is hereby established in the Department of the Treasury the New Jersey State Employees Deferred Compensation Board (hereinafter called the board). The membership of the board shall consist of the State Treasurer, who shall serve as chairman, the Commissioner of Insurance, and the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting in the Department of the Treasury, who shall be members ex officio, or the designee of any of said officials. The members of the board shall receive no compensation for service on said board. The board shall meet at such time as called by the chairman or a majority of the board. L.1978, c. 39, s. 1, eff.
