§ 52:18A-123 — Termination of inactive accounts; refunds
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The council may terminate any inactive account in either division if the value of such account is less than $100.00 and, in such event, shall refund the value of the account in a single cash payment. L.1963, c. 123, s. 17.
