Text

1.The Attorney General, in consultation with the Crime Prevention Advisory Committee established under the provisions of P.L.1985, c.1 (C.52:17B-77.1 et seq.), the county prosecutors of this State, and the American Association of Retired Persons, shall develop and establish a senior citizens crime prevention program. The program shall include, but not be limited to: a. Informational services and educational awareness programs specifically designed to address the needs of senior citizens in the areas of personal safety, home security, and those types of non-violent property crimes to which senior citizens are especially susceptible, such as scams and swindles; b.
