§ 52:17B-110 — Removal of county prosecutor from office
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
In addition to any and all methods now provided by law for the removal from office of a county prosecutor, a county prosecutor may be removed from office by the Governor for cause after a public hearing and upon due notice and an opportunity to be heard in his defense. L.1970, c. 74, s. 14, eff. May 21, 1970.
