5.There is hereby established in the Division of Criminal Justice in the Department of Law and Public Safety a Police Training Commission whose membership shall consist of the following persons: a. Four citizens of this State who shall be appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate for terms of three years.
b.The president or other representative designated in accordance with the bylaws of each of the following organizations: the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police; the New Jersey State Policemen's Benevolent Association, Inc.; the New Jersey State League of Municipalities; the New Jersey State Lodge, Fraternal Order of Police; the State Troopers Fraternal Association of New Jersey; the County Prosecutors' Association of New Jersey; the Sheriffs' Asso
