§ 52:17B-6 — Department of State Police transferred
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The Department of State Police, together with all of its functions, powers and duties is continued, but such department is hereby transferred to and constituted the Division of State Police in the Department of Law and Public Safety established hereunder. L.1948, c. 439, p. 1709, s. 6.
