Text

The board shall examine for competence in matters pertaining to ophthalmic dispensing and allied and practical subjects. To every applicant who shall pass such examination, the board shall issue a certificate of registration which shall constitute a license hereunder, and shall be issued for a period of one year and may be renewed annually as herein provided. Any license issued hereunder shall be subject to all of the provisions of this act and the rules and regulations promulgated hereunder. L.1952, c. 336, p. 1082, s. 6.
