Text
On or before the fifteenth day of September in each year, the board shall prepare and submit to the Attorney General a budget request for appropriations for the board for the ensuing fiscal year. The budget request so prepared shall, upon approval of the Attorney General, be submitted to the State Treasurer. L.1952, c. 336, p. 1085, s. 15.
