§ 52:17B-39 — Budget requests
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
On or before the tenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine, each of the boards within the Division of Professional Boards established hereunder shall prepare and submit to the Attorney General a budget request for appropriations for such board for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, one thousand nine hundred and fifty; and on or before the fifteenth day of September in each year commencing with the year one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine, each of such boards shall prepare and submit to the Attorney General a budget request for appropriations for such board for the ensuing fiscal year. The respective budget requests so prepared shall, upon approval of the Attorney General, be submitted to the State Treasurer. L.1948, c. 439, p. 1719, s. 39.
