Text

In addition to other powers and duties specifically conferred and imposed upon him by this act or by any other law, the Attorney General shall: a. Exercise general supervision over the work of the employees engaged in the Division of Professional Boards or any of the boards therein.

b.Adopt, so far as practicable, after consultation with the boards within the Division of Professional Boards, uniform procedures for all secretarial, recording and clerical duties of each of such boards.
c.Provide for the maintenance, by each of the respective boards within the Division of Professional Boards, of a public register of persons licensed by such board. L.1948, c. 439, p. 1717, s. 35.
