§ 52:17B-34 — Transfer of officers and employees of boards to Division of Professional Boards
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
Such officers and employees of each of the respective boards enumerated in section twenty-nine hereof, as such board may determine are needed for the proper performance of the work of such board, are hereby transferred to the Division of Professional Boards established hereunder. Persons so transferred shall be assigned to such duties as such board shall determine. L.1948, c. 439, p. 1717, s. 34.
