Subject to the limitations and restrictions contained in the act to which this act is a supplement: Each member of the Board of Pharmacy of the State of New Jersey, other than the secretary, shall continue to receive such traveling and other necessary expenses incurred in the performance of his duties as prescribed by law. In addition thereto, and in lieu of any other compensation prescribed by law, each member of such board, other than the secretary, shall receive the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each and every day during which he is engaged upon the duties of the board.
