§ 52:17B-32 — Removal of board members; vacancies
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
Any member of any of the boards enumerated in section twenty-nine hereof may be removed from office by the Governor, for cause, upon notice and opportunity to be heard. Any vacancy occurring in the membership of any of such boards shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment, but for the unexpired term only. L.1948, c. 439, p. 1717, s. 32.
