§ 52:17B-238 — "Human Trafficking Survivor's Assistance Fund."

a.There is established the "Human Trafficking Survivor's Assistance Fund" as a separate, non-lapsing, dedicated fund in the General Fund, which shall be administered by the Attorney General. All monies deposited in the fund pursuant to P.L.2013, c.51 (C.52:17B-237 et al.), any other enactment, or as otherwise provided from any public or private source shall be used for the provision of services to victims of human trafficking, to promote awareness of human trafficking, and the development, maintenance, revision, and distribution of training course and other educational materials, and the operation of educational or training programs, in accordance with sections 11 and 19 of P.L.2013, c.51 (C.2C:34-1.2 and C.2C:13-12).
