§ 52:17B-229 — Preparation of reports by office.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
8.On the first day of the sixth month after the issuance of the final report by the independent monitoring team appointed by the United States District Court pursuant to the consent decree, the office shall prepare a report that evaluates the Division of State Police's compliance with relevant performance standards and procedures and that is comparable substantively to the independent monitoring team's report. The initial report prepared by the office pursuant to this section shall evaluate the division's compliance during the period beginning on the day immediately following the last day of the period covered by the independent monitoring team's final report.
