§ 52:17B-209 — Rules, regulations.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
14.The Attorney General, in consultation with the Commissioners of Banking and Insurance and Health and Senior Services and pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.2001,c.371,s.14; per s.15, act expires April 8, 2008.
