§ 52:17B-206 — Good faith negotiation required.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
11.A carrier and a joint negotiation representative shall negotiate in good faith regarding the terms and conditions of physician or dentist contracts pursuant to this act. L.2001,c.371,s.11; per s.15, act expires April 8, 2008.
