§ 52:17B-190 — Other fines, penalties, etc. preserved
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
11.Nothing in this act shall be construed to exempt any person who is admitted to the SRP program from the payment of any fine, penalty, restitution or other financial obligation imposed by law or the court as a result of any adjudication or conviction. L.1995,c.330,s.11.
