§ 52:17B-187 — Reports
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
7.No later than 24 months following the implementation of an SRP, the commissioner and the commission shall submit written reports to the Legislature and the Governor describing the implementation and operation of the juvenile and youthful offender SRP and assessing their performance. The reports shall include any recommendations for changes to the SRP deemed necessary for the more effective operation of the programs. L.1995,c.330,s.7.
