§ 52:17B-178 — Office of Education established.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
10.There is hereby created and established in the Youth Justice Commission an Office of Education to be headed by a Director of Educational Services who shall supervise the educational programs in all juvenile facilities operated by the Youth Justice Commission and shall approve, except as provided in section 9 of P.L.1995, c.284 (C.52:17B-177) all personnel to be hired for such programs. The director shall hold the appropriate certificate issued by the State Board of Examiners and shall be qualified by training and experience for his position and shall be appointed by the executive director with the approval of the executive board.
