§ 52:17B-173 — Functions, powers, duties, authority of advisory council.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
5.The advisory council shall have the following functions, powers, duties and authority: a. To meet at least quarterly and at such other times as designated by the executive director or the chair of the advisory council; b. To establish any committees to carry out its responsibilities; c. To advise the executive director regarding the implementation of the recommendations included in the final report submitted pursuant to Executive Order 10 of 1994; the master plan submitted pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1995, c.284 (C.52:17B-170); the integration, coordination and collaboration of programs, services and sanctions for juveniles; and the actions to be taken to increase public awareness of the juvenile justice system and its needs; and d.
