§ 52:17B-165 — Police equipment grant application
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
7.Any municipality which has a police department or force may apply to the Attorney General for a grant to purchase law enforcement equipment. Application shall be made in a manner prescribed by the Attorney General and shall include information on the type, amount, intended use, estimated cost and need for the equipment requested. A municipality which receives an equipment grant shall contribute a cash match of no less than 25% of the grant amount. L.1993,c.220,s.7.
