Text
This act shall be subject to the provisions of the "State Agency Transfer Act," P.L.1971, c. 375 (C. 52:14D-1 et seq.); provided, however, that the employees of the agency may continue to be employed in accordance with the unclassified service of the Civil Service. L.1978, c. 176, s. 9, eff. Dec. 28, 1978.
