Text
Funds shall be appropriated in the annual State budget to provide the required matching funds mandated under the relevant Federal acts each fiscal year and for such other purposes as are necessary to carry out the purposes of this act. L.1978, c. 176, s. 8, eff. Dec. 28, 1978.
