§ 52:17B-148 — Annual report of agency
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The agency shall report annually to the Governor, the Legislature, the courts and the chief executives of county and local government on the implementation of each of the programs supported by funds it administers, including its evaluation of the effectiveness of each such program. L.1978, c. 176, s. 7, eff. Dec. 28, 1978.
