Text

The Governor shall appoint an executive director as the administrative head of the agency. He shall be a person qualified by training and experience to perform the duties of the position. He shall devote his entire time to the duties of his office, and shall receive a salary which shall be within a salary range as established by the Department of Civil Service with the approval of the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting. The executive director shall organize the work of the agency and establish therein such administrative subdivisions as he may deem necessary, proper and expedient. He may formulate and adopt rules and regulations and prescribe duties for the efficient conduct of the business, work and general administration of the agency. He may delegate to subordinate office
