Text

All employees of any division, office, board or other agency, the functions, powers and duties of which have been herein assigned or transferred to the Division of Consumer Affairs, shall upon the effective date of this act be transferred to the Division of Consumer Affairs. L.1971, c. 134, s. 13, eff. May 6, 1971.
