§ 52:17B-125 — Bureau of securities; transfer of functions, powers and duties

New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
All the functions, powers, and duties of the Bureau of Securities in the Department of Law and Public Safety (C. 49:3-66 et seq.) are transferred to the Division of Consumer Affairs established hereunder. L.1971, c. 134, s. 8, eff. May 6, 1971.
