Text

If any clause, sentence, paragraph or part of this act be adjudged by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder of this act, and it is hereby declared to be the legislative intent that this act would have been adopted had such invalid provision not been included herein. L.1970, c. 74, s. 23, eff. May 21, 1970.
