Text
The transfer shall not affect actions or proceedings, civil or criminal, brought by or against the agency; nor shall the transfer affect any order or recommendation made by, or other matters or proceedings before the agency. L.1971, c. 375, s. 7, eff. Dec. 30, 1971.
