§ 52:14D-7 — Effect on actions or proceedings by or against agency; effect on order, recommendation or proceeding of agency
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The transfer shall not affect actions or proceedings, civil or criminal, brought by or against the agency; nor shall the transfer affect any order or recommendation made by, or other matters or proceedings before the agency. L.1971, c. 375, s. 7, eff. Dec. 30, 1971.
