Text
The transfer shall not affect any order, rule or regulation made or promulgated by the agency prior to the effective date of the transfer; but such orders, rules and regulations shall continue with full force and effect until amended or repealed pursuant to law. L.1971, c. 375, s. 6, eff. Dec. 30, 1971.
