§ 52:13H-18 — Rulings as political determinations
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
18.Pursuant to Article VIII, Section II, paragraph 5(b) of the New Jersey Constitution, rulings of the council shall be political determinations and shall not be subject to judicial review.L.1996,c.24,s.18.
