Text
Nothing in this act shall affect a specific statutory obligation of a State agency to comply with criteria or standards prescribed by other law. The policies set forth in this act are supplementary to those set forth in existing authorizations of State agencies. L.1977, c, 247, s. 5, eff. Oct. 3, 1977.
