§ 52:9M-4.2 — Advice to Governor and legislature of recommendations
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The commission shall, within 120 days of holding a public hearing, advise the Governor and the Legislature of any recommendations for administrative or legislative action which they have developed as a result of the public hearing. L.1979, c. 254, s. 6, eff. Dec. 21, 1979. Amended by L.1984, c. 110, s. 2, eff. Aug. 3, 1984.
