§ 52:9M-10 — Annual, interim reports to Governor, Legislature
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
10.The commission shall make an annual report to the Governor and Legislature which shall include its recommendations. The commission shall, consistent with the provisions of sections 7 and 8 of P.L.1996, c.44 (C.52:9M-8.1 and C.52:9M-12.2), make such further interim reports to the Governor and Legislature, or either thereof, as it shall deem advisable, or as shall be required by the Governor or by concurrent resolution of the Legislature.L.1968,c.266,s.10; amended 1996, c.44, s.2.
