46.Whenever the term "State Treasurer" occurs or any reference is made thereto in any law, contract or document, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to the State Treasurer designated as the head of the Department of the Treasury established hereunder. Whenever the term "State Director of the United New Jersey Railroad and Canal Company" occurs or any reference is made thereto in any law, contract or document, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to the State Treasurer designated as the head of the Department of the Treasury established hereunder. Whenever the term "State Treasurer" occurs or any reference is made thereto in any law, contract or document, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to the State Treasurer designated as the head of the Department of the Treasury established hereunder. Whenever the term "Division of Purchase and Property in the State Department of Taxation and Finance" occurs or any reference is made thereto in any law, contract or document, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to the Division of Purchase and Property in the Department of the Treasury established hereunder. Whenever the term "Director of the Division of Purchase and Property in the State Department of Taxation and Finance" occurs or any reference is made thereto in any law, contract or document, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to the Director of the Division of Purchase and Property in the Department of the Treasury established hereunder. Whenever the term "Division of Local Government in the State Department of Taxation and Finance" occurs or any reference is made thereto in any law, contract or document, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs established hereunder. Whenever the term "Director of the Division of Local Government in the State Department of Taxation and Finance" occurs or any reference is made thereto in any law, contract or document, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to the Director of the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs. Whenever the term "Division of Taxation in the State Department of Taxation and Finance" occurs or any reference is made thereto in any law, contract or document, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to the Division of Taxation in the Department of the Treasury established hereunder.
